With over 10 years of experience in polymer design, synthesis and analysis, combined with deep expertise in compounding formulation and process investigation, she can translate complex microscopic phenomena into practical, macroscopic performance enhancements for cutting-edge tire solutions. She has an MSc in chemistry from the National Taiwan University.
