Energy and cost savings with tandem mixing technology
Rising energy costs are placing an increasing burden on industrial companies. Tire producers especially are optimizing their production processes and integrating new technologies to remain competitive. One possibility for increasing energy efficiency and reducing specific costs is the tandem mixing process. This offers advantages such as economic efficiency, increased throughput rates, reduced mixing stages and specific energy savings while maintaining the same quality. In the presentation, the advantages will be given as an example based on a joint study by Kraiburg Austria and HF Group.
