Quechen is committed to sustainable development, developing bio-based silica and carbonized silica and applying them in tires. For bio-based silica, sodium silicate is prepared by leaching the ash residue left from incineration of rice husk, then silica is obtained through precipitation reaction, which realizes the utilization of rice husk, energy, etc, reducing the use of mineral resources and achieving sustainable development. In carbonized silica, the acid source is provided by the recovery of CO2 gas produced during the preparation of sodium silicate, which reacts with sodium silicate to prepare silica, achieving zero emissions of CO2 tail gas.
