Toyo Tire is committed to realizing a sustainable society through innovative tire technologies and responsible material sourcing. As part of this effort, this presentation introduces Toyo Tire’s latest achievement in sustainable tire development: a concept tire composed of 96.5% renewable and recycled materials. To reduce environmental impact, the tire adopts a proprietary butadiene rubber synthesized from carbon dioxide. The tire is developed with a focus on fuel efficiency. This initiative is part of a broader effort to evolve sustainable technologies from concept development to motorsport applications and, ultimately, to commercial products.
