This joint work between EDAG and MegaRide presents the integration of a high-fidelity driving simulator with an advanced multiphysical tire model for enhanced driver training. The tire model reproduces complex phenomena concerning tire-road interaction, including friction, thermodynamics and wear, for handling and ride and comfort applications. The system supports immersive training, preparing drivers for unknown tracks by simulating realistic vehicle behavior in multiple scenarios. Objective metrics specifically developed for vehicle dynamics were used to analyze and validate the approach. This collaboration highlights the potential of integrated simulation technologies to improve driver readiness and optimize performance in motorsport and advanced driving contexts.
