Currently a senior R&D engineer at HF Group, Tim Bommer has been with HF Group since 2015, progressing from a dual student to a senior R&D role. He has expertise in rubber compounding process development, optimization and automation and leads internal and customer-focused R&D projects. Bommer is an experienced process engineer with international exposure at Farrel Pomini (USA). He is skilled in process engineering, polymer science and quality optimization, with strong laboratory and production experience.
