silica global R&I manager and global technical marketing manager, Solvay
Thomas is a chemical engineer with a PhD in silica reinforced elastomers. From 2007 to 2013 he was an R&D engineer at Dow Corning developing silane and silicone for tire and composites applications. He held several lab manager positions from 2013 to 2023, and has been global R&I manager silica and global technical marketing manager at Solvay since 2023.
