Norbert Koopman, 58, is the General Manager of Sennics Europe, a subsidiary of the Sinochem Group, a position he has held for over 14 years. His career includes five years in steel cord and fibers with Hyosung, ten years with Performance Fibers (formerly AlliedSignal/GE), and more than a decade in industrial textile machinery with Saurer and ICBT. This diverse background has given him comprehensive knowledge of the tyre industry value chain. Holding an internal MBA, Norbert has also developed strong expertise in global business development, strategic growth, and international leadership across multicultural industrial environments.
