Marcin joined the ETE group at the University of Twente in 2018 as a PDEng student on a contract between the University of Twente and Apollo Tyres Global R&D. He completed the project titled ‘Future cure technology’ in 2020. In 2025, he finished his PhD project on ‘Velcro‑inspired silica‑rubber coupling’ sponsored by Apollo Tyres Global R&D.
