Marcela is a sustainability technical leader with 12 years of industrial experience, specializing in material science, tire development and technology deployment.  At Bridgestone, she leads cross-functional efforts to transition toward renewable and recycled materials, and helps accelerate the adoption of sustainability principles across the enterprise. Marcela is part of the task force on sustainability assessment methods at the Tire Industry Project and serves on the Technical Advisory Committee of the Tire Recycling Foundation.
