After a 3-year apprenticeship in the mechanical testing of hydrogen tanks for automotive applications, Lucas Billiant earned his Engineering degree. He then pursued an international internship, where he worked on fluid-structure interaction simulations to support the development of an innovative braking system. Driven by his passion for innovation, particularly in the automotive industry, he joined Michelin as a performance analyst with the mission to develop vehicle-embedded physical models capable of estimating all rolling conditions in real time without relying on additional sensors.
