Leo Nijhof is a leading expert in crosslinking peroxides with over 30 years in the polymer industry. As the Global Technical Development Manager for crosslinking peroxides and polymer additives at Nouryon, he plays a pivotal role in advancing polymer technology. Starting his career as a Researcher, Leo specialized in evaluating polymer additives and organic peroxides in thermoplastics and elastomers. He then served as a Technical Service Manager, supporting accelerators, anti-degradants, white fillers, and processing aids. Now based in Deventer, the Netherlands, Leo supports the use of organic peroxides as crosslinking curatives for various polymers, rubbers, specialty elastomers, and thermoplastics. His extensive experience and commitment to innovation make him a key figure in the polymer industry.
