Hai is a PhD candidate at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, under the supervision of Prof. Jianming Zhang. His research focuses on mechanisms of rubber cross-linking and design of advanced cross-linking networks. He also serves as the R&D director at Cheeshine Company.
