Dr Guangwei Liu is a senior engineer in advanced technology development at Toyo Tire Corporation. His work focuses on tire NVH, transfer path analysis, virtual product development and AI-assisted engineering methodologies. He is involved in the development of simulation-based approaches for tire vibration and noise prediction, including tire modeling, source identification and virtual vehicle evaluation. He received his PhD in engineering from Nagoya University, where his research focused on topology optimization.
