Gerard Nijman

senior consultant, tire and rubber extrusion lines, KraussMaffei Extrusion GmbH
Dr Nijman has wide experience in tire technology. He is currently globally responsible for the tire and rubber processing equipment portfolio at KraussMaffei Extrusion GmbH in Hannover, Germany. For almost 30 years he has worked in several positions at Apollo Tyres (formerly Vredestein), especially in rubber processing. Nijman has a doctor's degree from the University of Twente, Netherlands, and is a private referent at the Universities of Twente and Hannover in rubber processing.
