Felix Niefind

head of application lab – rubber chemicals, Schill+Seilacher
In 2015, Felix Niefind obtained his PhD in chemistry at the CAU Kiel. He started his professional life at Mankiewicz Gebr. & Co. in Hamburg in 2017 as head of R&D in high-performance coatings for automotive interiors. In 2022 he moved to Tesa SE to work on the development of adhesive tapes for the automotive industry, exterior and interior applications. In 2024 he moved to Schill+Seilacher 'Struktol' as head of the rubber chemicals application lab.
