Cecilia Malverti earned her Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, completing a thesis on the experimental and numerical characterization of composite materials. She joined Pirelli as a member of the Testing Innovation team, where she focuses on both the theoretical analysis and experimental measurement of compound friction. Her current work includes the development of robust methodologies to characterize the behaviour of compounds under various conditions, using the HSLFT (High Speed Linear Friction Tester) system.
