Carlo Lugaro is a research engineer at Siemens Digital Industries Software. Lugaro and his team at Siemens develop the theories and models that are implemented in the Simcenter Tire product. He also actively participates in research projects focused on tire and vehicle dynamics. Over his career, he has been involved in the development of control systems for vehicle stability as well as for autonomous driving. Lugaro received his MSc in mechanical engineering at the Polytechnic University of Turin in Italy.
