Dr. Andreas Topp holds the position as Continental’s Vice-President for Platform Development and Industrialization for PLT tires. The organization of Dr. A. Topp is responsible for innovating, developing, and industrializing new technologies and platforms for the PLT business. In previous functions within the tire organization of Continental, Dr. A. Topp held positions on tire material & process development and industrialization, product development and various other functions in R&D Tires. Dr. Andreas Topp holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Cologne, Germany, and worked on a postdoctoral
