The Genesis of Alligator Automations began in 2003, when founders Krunal Kantale and Srinivas Choudhary, still in college, built a robot that set a larger vision in motion. Their passion for robotics earned 43 national and international awards and, in 2008, culminated in launching Alligator Automations in Chakan, Pune.
Early on, we tackled small factory-automation jobs and ran workshops. In 2010, we broke through with an FMCG solution that automated pouch-to-bag placement and brought robotics into our offerings.
Today, we’ve scaled from two people to 400+ and deliver projects across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Americas. Our strength is our in-house teams across control, software, design, applications, and project management. Over the past 17 years, we’ve invested deeply in innovation and research, establishing leadership in end-of-line packaging automation and serving diverse industries with reliable, intelligent solutions.
