The Tire Dynamic Footprint Test Machine is used to simulatethe ground contact pressure distribution and the changes intire impressions and tread pattemns during real-world roadconditions. Compared to traditional drum testing methods,the tire walking frame combined with a flat road surface moreaccurately reflects the tire’s behavior on the road. The systemcan simulate tire actions such as acceleration, deceleration,and lateral shift/tilt underload, allowing forthe simulation ofa wide range of driving conditions.During the testingprocessparameters such as the tire's force and moment dynamicperformance, friction energy, and tread pattern movementtrajectory are measured using the TMSl ServoTrac data acquisitionsystem and visual system, with analysis software generatingtherequired reports for customers.
