Modular machine concept

The ATG-Evo machine has been developed in accordance with the latest market requirements of the tire industry. The design consists of complex, standardized assemblies that can be combined individually and space-saving.

The triple solution for testing geometry, unbalance and uniformity in only one machine significantly reduces energy requirements and offers customers efficient execution of quality control in the end-of-line test.

Determination of measurement results

High-resolution measuring electronics enable the acquisition of all required measured variables. The modular software architecture of the ATG-Evo machine makes it possible to process data in different software modules and to store the measurement results independently of each other as separate data records in the SFA database.

In addition, the customer's ERP production data and tire test plans for the machine can be stored in the database in versioned form. This ensures a high level of data integrity.
