Our Gantry Palletizer handles heavy products with precision and speed. It’s designed to work with multiple inputs and outputs at controlled speeds, managing up to four placements per minute. This flexibility allows it to handle different container sizes with ease. It also enables easy removal of full pallets, either manually or automatically, with various conveyor or shuttle options. Adding a finger-style pallet dispenser and slip sheet dispenser makes the process even smoother. 

Its design pushes product rows onto a stripper plate, layering them onto the pallet. Each row is precisely placed, ensuring accuracy. Empty pallets come from the dispenser, and a slip sheet is added for stability. When full, the pallet moves onto a conveyor for easy transport. The Gantry Palletizer is designed for efficiency and ease, fitting perfectly into modern industrial environments.
