Early Ventures and Breakthroughs Our early days were about getting our feet wet with small factory automation projects and sharing knowledge through workshops. But it was in 2010 that we turned a corner. We introduced an innovative solution for the FMCG industry that automated the process of placing pouches in bags, a step that also integrated robotics into our solutions.
Growth and Expansion Fast forward to today, and Alligator Automations has grown by leaps and bounds in the industry. We started with just two employees and have since grown to a team of 400+. Our projects span regions like the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Americas. At Alligator Automations, our capability lies in our diverse in-house engineering teams, specialising in control, software, design, application, and project management. Over the past 15 years, we’ve devoted ourselves to innovation and research, making a mark in end-of-line packaging automation and serving various industries with our solutions.
