Mondon covers a large scale of solutions in the field of rubber extrusion, SLP slab slitter permits to slit wig-wag material into narrow strips to fit the extruders. FSL In-Line gum slitter slits and winds rubber sheet into pancakes rolls without extrusion stop, RW winder rewinds large jumbo rolls which will be cut on SL-Gum slitter. FSP-automatic spooling units rewinds into spools rubber coming from an extruder or a Cap strip line.
For cold preparation, SL-Maxi slitter converts roll of fabrics to permit FSP-Mini slitter to cut and rewind narrow strips into spool. When the spools are completed, the automatic turret solution changes all the spooling units by empty ones in 15 Sec.
