2) Patented Electric heating system for tire curing presses
Electric heating system for curing press features a heating system that provides internal and external heat by means of special electric heating element combined with smart temperature controller. The external heating is done through resistor heating platen and mold sleeve while inner heating is done by warming nitrogen via electro-magnet or reistor from outside. Temperature is independently controlled at different points.
Energy consumption and maintenance are significantly reduced (less than 50%), and so is the curing cost. It is also very environmentally friendly, with reduced pollution.
