Anders Maki

Maki graduated from Michigan Technological University with a BSc in mechanical engineering and now has 25 years of experience working at MTS Systems with flat-belt testing systems with 20 years specifically in the tire industry. He has designed and commissioned many different testing systems, from rolling roads, handling roadways and transmission test systems, to flat belt tire testing systems. He works as a staff engineer performing system research and development and solving customers' most difficult problems.

Comparing results from different flat-belt testing machines

A comparison of tire measurement results used to evaluate tires for vehicle performance will be shown between two different model flat-belt systems to determine the correlation between such systems. This will help data users to understand whether the model of the flat-belt system is important to the data.
